Shipping:

At Massage Chair Warehouse, we offer two shipping options for your convenience. If you choose our free shipping option, you can expect to receive your item curbside within 7-10 business days from the shipment date, often even sooner. Our reliable carriers will bring your chair to your front door in separate boxes, with the chair itself in one box, the armrests in another, and the footrest in the last box.

Assembly is straightforward, typically involving attaching the armrests, footrest, and occasionally a pedestal for your remote. We provide installation videos on our website and YouTube channel to assist you. Please note that our chairs are heavy, so it's advisable to have assistance when moving the chair within your home.

To ease chair movement, using a dolly or two is recommended. Simply fully recline the chair, place the dolly next to it, and "tip" the chair onto its side onto the dolly. This allows for easy rolling to your desired location.

Alternatively, we offer a white glove delivery service. With white glove delivery, our professional team will bring the chair to your home, place it in your chosen room, and handle the setup. They will also remove all packaging debris, leaving your space clean.

Please note that with white glove delivery, your chair will be transported via LTL Freight before being transferred to the final mile/white glove delivery company, extending the delivery time by approximately one week.

When scheduling white glove delivery, it's important to inform the company of any stairs or challenging locations in your home. If you anticipate difficulties, please share pictures with us for proper preparation.

If a third person is required for delivery, additional charges may apply. We advise carefully considering whether white glove delivery is necessary before placing your order to avoid surprises.

In the case of returns or exchanges, white glove pickup will be necessary, incurring additional costs. Please keep this in mind, as the delivery company will handle the removal of packaging debris.

Before signing the shipping weigh bill, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your item. By accepting a damaged product, you release the shipping company and us from liability. In the unlikely event of any quality issues with your chair, we are committed to finding a resolution. We will work closely with you to facilitate repair, replacement, or exchange. However, if you decline these options, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions and any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking fees are common in the industry, and rates may vary. Currently, Human Touch and Cozzia charge a restocking fee of 15%, while Synca has a restocking fee of 20%.

  • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
  • White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
  • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
  • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.

How do I return my product?

The return process is simple. Just contact a Massage Chair Warehouse expert to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.

Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to your cc fees (3%) which are non-refundable plus a $20 processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees associated. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Typically, our suppliers offer returns within the first 30 days and a 15% restocking fee (Human Touch, Cozzia (Svago, JP Medics) while some offer higher restocking fees -- all Johnson Brands (Synca, Johnson and Inner Balance Wellness) 20%. You will also be responsible for shipping in both directions back to the supplier and any associated fees. Fees are also subject to change and may be higher depending on the supplier. Since we have paid to ship the item to you (even though you have received free shipping), you will need to pay the shipping in both directions as well as all associated fees with returning your item.

Conditions/Fine Print

  • Due to factory personalization and cost, the return policy does not apply to Luraco i9 Max Billionaire Edition and Luraco i9 Max Royal Edition.
  • For Medical Breakthrough Chairs Only- Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair. After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.

Titan 3D Prestige is a 3D adjustable massage chair with a 52-inch SL-track rolling system. The chair comes equipped with tri-core processors for faster response, transition, and reliability. The Prestige also offers a 3D Airbag compression massage with pressure sensors to ensure your comfort at all times.

The 3D Prestige comes equipped with 4 levels of 3D Massage Roller Depth Adjustment. The 3D Technology gives you control over the overall intensity of the massage, by moving the rollers in and out from the back of the chair.
