All massage chair orders will be shipped the next day after payment is made and if it is in stock. Our sales representatives will inform you if the massage chair is in stock or not. If by chance, the massage chair of your choice is not in stock, then the sales representatives will let you know when it should be available. Standard shipping for massage chairs takes approximately 3-7 business days. Our free shipping applies to curbside delivery only.
Curbside Delivery: We offer free curbside delivery with all massage chairs included in the price listed on our website. Curbside delivery means that the shipping company will unload the boxed massage chair and place by your front door. The shipping company is not authorized to bring the box inside of your house for curbside delivery. Curbside delivery does not include damage insurance for entering into your house. Therefore, they are unable to bring the massage chair into your house because they are not insured for any possible damage that could occur either to your house, the contents or the massage chair. Curbside delivery does require a signature for proof of delivery and receipt by the customer which is for your protection.
Threshold Delivery: We offer Threshold delivery with all massage chairs for an extra charge. Threshold delivery means that the shipping company will deliver the massage chair inside of your front door. Threshold delivery requires that the shipping company call you and arrange a time to bring the massage chair to your house, so they can place it inside the threshold of your front door. The shipping company will place the massage chair box inside. (They will not unpack the massage chair or set it up). Threshold delivery requires a signature for receipt of the massage chair. Rates may vary, so please ask the sales representative what threshold delivery to your area would cost.
White Glove Delivery: We offer White Glove delivery with all massage chairs for an extra charge. White Glove delivery means that the shipping company will deliver the massage chair up a maximum of two flights of stairs, they will bring it inside your house, unpack the massage chair, place it where you like and set it up for you. This is our premium delivery service. White Glove delivery requires that the shipping company call you and arrange a time to bring the massage chair to your residence. White Glove delivery requires a signature for receipt of the massage chair. Rates may vary, so please ask the sales representative what white glove delivery to your area would cost.
You may return your massage chair at any time up to 30 days from the date of receiving your massage chair. This is our no questions asked 30-day return policy. The thirty (30) days begin the date that you take delivery of the massage chair. This 30 day return policy gives you the opportunity to try the massage chair in the comfort of your own house with little risk. If you want to return the massage chair within the 30 days, you have two options. You can either get a refund of your purchase price less the cost of shipping the massage chair to and from your residence. Or you can exchange the massage chair for a different massage chair (see massage chair exchanges). Please note, that you must keep all the original packaging for the 30 day return policy. The massage chair must be packaged like the original, so damage does not occur in transit—this is very important. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. There are no exceptions.
Massage Chair Warehouse will exchange any chair with another one that we carry, within 30 days of receiving the chair. We will pay the shipping cost and the difference of the price of the two chairs, either by charging you more if the price you want is more expensive than the one you originally bought, or refund an amount if the chair is actually cheaper than the original. Either way, we want to make sure you have the chair you have chosen.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep our prices on the website up to date, but sometimes the price on the website may not have been changed. Our sales representatives will always tell you the current price and confirm it with you.
Please note that some massage chair brands we carry are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees apply to Interactive Health 20% restocking fee, Panasonic 20% restocking fee, and Health Tec 15% restocking fee. There are no re-stocking fees for any of Omega's massage chairs. The only exception to this is if we receive a returned massage chair and it was not properly packaged which caused it to be damaged in transit. Depending on the damage, the restocking fee may be from 25% to 50%.
Massage chair Warehouse will exchange any massage chair with any other one that we carry. Just notify us that you would like to exchange your current massage chair with another. We need to receive notice within 30 days of you receiving your massage chair. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the massage chair being returned. If you want a massage chair that is lesser in price, then we will refund you the difference. If you want a massage chair higher in price, then we will bill you the difference. Either way, we want to make sure you have the chair you have chosen. We have tried to make this as economical and convenient as possible.
