Pros :
Strong and firm massage. Stroke length is good, all the way up to the head and to the lower back. LCD remote control offers nice and easy to follow manual commands for those who want to avoid complicated remotes. Design is nice. Flip feature allows the calves to be massaged as well as the feet, a definite good feature.
Cons :
A bit noisy at times, although Popular is working on this, the noise is nothing to be concerned with. The stitching is a bit off compared to the craftsmanship of Panasonic, Interactive Health and Omega, where the lines are straight and wrinkle free. The heat does not work too well as with other chairs like Omega. It seems the heat is the hardest thing to nail down or maybe we are looking for a more heated chair. The comfort of the chair is an issue if you are not using it for a massage.
Overall :
Affordable. The price is very attractive for what you are getting, not overly priced and with a strong warranty.
