You can adjust the pressure of the air by pressing the "AIR LEGS" to adjust a setting comfortable for you. Enjoy.

Overall body massage with AMT - Press the "COMBO" button where the kneading and tapping action is activated simultaneously. Then press the "MANUAL" button till the light is on "OVERALL." This will ensure that the kneading/tapping action is activated to go up and down throughout the neck, back and lumbar area. Pros:
The strength of the massage was very strong. You are able to adjust the level of strength with extra pads and speed adjustments. Neck mechanism is also very strong and we enjoyed it while we had the air on for our legs. The AMT technology is great for the legs and calves, it truly does give a very powerful squeeze in the areas you want. Most of our staff loved the massage whether it be the rollers or the Air Massage. The aesthetics was also a plus, as most loved the sleek look of the chair. The chair itself was fairly comfortable than most just to sit it, as the armrest were an inch higher and the back and seat had reinforced padding. Not bad. Nice LCD remote control and the chair was amazingly quite.

Cons:
Ironically, the strength could be too strong for elderly people, so ask for extra padding. Heat does not work very well, some were not even able to feel it. The chair's lower leg design might turn people off, or by some, others actually liked the way it looked. If you are not enticed by a vigorous leg massage, then you might not like the Elegante's lower leg function.

Overall:
Craftsmanship is great so we definitely love the quality. If you can afford it, we would buy the chair for ourselves.
